Keep Me In Stitches accepts returns of defective merchandise when you request authorization for the return within 30 days of your purchase date.

If you need to return a defective product to us, you may do so by contacting us at kmis@keepmeinstitches.net  within 30 days of the purchase date. Your email will be handled by the crafter who will verify the nature of the defect and determine eligibility for return to us. If the product is eligible for return to us, we will issue you an email with a "Return By" date of 15 days, and the product(s) must be received by Keep Me In Stitches before that date expires. Upon the date of receiving your return an email notice of "Return" will be sent to insure you your return was received on time. We are unable to accept for return any product received after the expiration of the "Return By" date. "Return By" dates cannot be extended or re-issued.

All products must be returned complete.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Custom orders are considered final sales and may not be returned, unless defective.

You will be charged a 15% restock fee on all non-defective returns received by Keep Me In Stitches within 30 days of original invoice date.

No returns, for any reason, will be accepted after 30 days from the original ship date.
